If you had it for under a year, Sony will replace or fix it for free IF you have the receipt.
If you had it over a year, or lost your receipt, you'll have to cough up $150.

if its a new purchase with a warranty, then take it to them first to prevent any loss of coverage, and if not open it up and check for a round cylinder glass fuse, or white ceramic fuse, possibly might have blown it.

if it has numbered buttons to assign the stations to, you manually tune the station with the frequency up, or down button, when you get to your station you wish to save a preset for, press and hold the number button you wish to assign for that station, rinse, repeat
