Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: HOW DOES NETFLIX WORK AND WHAT EQUIPTMENT DO I NEED TO WATCH IT ON TV

I am assuming you are residing in the US. Providing that and that you have an internet connection, you're pretty much set up. Make sure your browser is up to date and will work with Microsoft Silverlight (most modern web browsers do). Sign up for the service or start your free trial. What else do you need to go with netflix? Popcorn maybe?

No you must pay for Netflix. If you have a Netflix account then down load the app off of the Wii shop channel and log into it. There are no monthly fees to use your Wii online but there are for Netflix.

I recently joined Netflix for a monthly fee and I have watched some movies via streaming. Can I also order DVD's by mail to view on my DVD player?

Yes, you should be able to pay a little more to buy the ability to rent DVDs from their service.

Go to your customer profile and look for billing options.

Is Netflix free with Comcast customers ? I have tv/phone and computer.

Not generally. Netflix is a standalone subscription service that delivers video content to your internet connected computer or wifi enabled tv, phone, or device. While Comcast could possibly offer Netflix as part of a promotional campaign, Netflix is not part of Comcast and is available to anyone on a month to month basis.

I signed up for Netflix streaming. When I pick a movie it shows that I have to RENT it for about $4.00. I thought there was a flat rate per month. This could get a little pricey this way. If I watched...

Netflix has 2 separate services: Streaming and renting. The movie you're looking at is only available to rent, which you can get unlimited for $7.99 per month. You will however need to wait for it to be mailed to you, but there are no late fees.

Thousands of titles, super-fast shipping and an easy-to-use website are just a few of the reasons why millions are now Netflix members.

One of the most commonly asked questions about the service is how to change Netflix preferences.

Whether you want to change your address, adjust the number of DVDs shipped to you at a time or switch to HD discs, here is how to change your Netflix preferences.

Go to the Netflix homepage and log in with your username and password and then click on the Continue button.

Choose your account.
A link near the top of the page gives you the option of changing your account options.

This is where you change your Netflix preferences.
Select the item of your choice. From the account screen, you can change your shipping address, set up profiles, and change payment options, passwords and membership plans.

You can also view your billing and rental history to see what movies you've already rented.
Change your account preferences.

Toward the bottom of the screen is where you change your Netflix preferences.
First you have the option to change your format preferences.

This is where you go to change to HD discs or Blu-ray format.
You also have the option to add or remove newsletter subscriptions, or enable the extra movie information and a drag-and-drop queue.
