Question about Kenmore 73952 Gas Dryer
I have quite and old Speed Queen electric dryer. When I turn the start switch, it only hummmmms. I think it might be a capacitor. If you think so, where is it located and how do I get at it to replace it? Thanks
Capacitors are generally located quite close to the motor, and are easily changed, once you have gained access to the inside of the machine, that i can not help you with, it does sound like a capacitor but it could have also damaged the motor by trying to run it repeatedly, stop trying to use the appliance and change the capacitor, change with one the right size only, work with safety remove plug when working on appliances, if i have helped rate me please
