Question about GE JB870 30" Freestanding Electric Double Self-cleaning Oven
I can't find clear info on your door glass but I can offer advice.
If it is like some of the newer models and brands there are a series of screws that hold in the glass that can be removed to free each single panel (only after the door is removed.. but this is only for models that do not have sealed glass and not specific to your brand.)
If it is a sealed unit then and there are stains in it, it is defective call the manufacturer. You should clearly be able to see if the glass panels are open or sealed. If your not sure then call GE..if they are open panels then its all about removing the door according to the manual and finding the screws that hold in the mounting clips.
Your model manual is not clear on the issue. Most manufactures do not offer directions on how to do this.
