Yugen,
All amps get hot. It is their nature. However, IF you have clearance around it of at least two inches so it can dissipate its own heat it should be very touchable. Otherwise its running hot and though it may be working now, your prone to premature failure. Got to a electronics store and get a small cooling fan for it!

I have a kenmore range # 79094152310. And when I turn on the right front burner, the top of the oven gets so hot you would get burnt if you touched it, is this normal for this stove?

no --not normal
stoves even glass top stoves are only hot in vicinity of the hot plates
if the whole top is hot , call an electrician in to check the systems

GE dryer very hot on top--hasn't been used

Often times the element has broken (burned out) and is now touching the element housing causing it to heat up and stay on even though the dryer is not even running.

Nop, you have to check the correct air flow from down to top with nothing interfering the top at least 4 inch between amp and next thing up the amp, take away of near heat sources in every possible way, hope this helps, also check the speaker impedance to match with amplifier...this last part is a great source of heat, believe me...speakers should be 8Ohm, and anything less will put the amp under stressful situation generating lots of heat...

When my car is not on the three blue lights on top of the amp are still on, but the power light on the side of the amp is not. Is it normal for the three lights on top to stay on all the time?

No it is not normal.. Normaly when lights stay on the problem is a constantly hot remote wire, but in your case you say the main power light is off.. Soo one can only assume the the problem is in the LED board it's self. This can happen when an amplifier is over heated, or has a poor soldering job. Now if you can hear white noise comming from your speakers with those lights on, then you have a simialr, but more serious issue. If it is just the lights, and not a powered up amplifier I would just let it go.. LED's draw very little power, and can't hurt anything. If the AMP is actualy staying on, I would get it repaired..

My rf367 range gets so hot during the self cleaning cycle that the top of the range is to hot to touch and the fan on my otr microwave comes on.

Normal operation. If in doubt place a high temp theromoter on range top to see if it exceeds 600-900 degrees
The basic idea is "burn baby, burn!" Self-cleaning ovens use an approximately 900 degrees Fahrenheit (482 degrees Celsius) temperature cycle to burn off spills leftover from baking, without the use of any chemicals. A self-cleaning oven is designed with a mechanical interlock (patented in 1982) to keep the oven door locked and closed during and soon after the high-temperature cleaning cycle, which can be approximately three hours. The door stays locked to prevent burn injuries. You can open the oven door after the oven cools to approximately 600 F (315 C).
