I am not finding a replacement lower guard for your model of Kobalt miter saw for sale online.

In the owner's manual for the Kobalt miter saw model SM2507LW (Kobalt is owned by Lowe's), I found the following information on the last page (page 50):

Note: All the parts and their part numbers are listed in the owner's manual: pages 41-48.

Therefore, I suggest you call the Kobalt Customer Service number and ask about the availability of the needed part. From the Kobalt Contact Us information, Customer Service is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Eastern Time.)

The Kobalt brand is sold at Lowes. Although there are several other companies' trimmer covers sold there, I have no idea if any could substitute. Here is the phone number for Kobalt Tools, the manufacturer. Perhaps they can assist.

Abandon the display and install a generic pressure switch at a convenient port. Example. Remove the safety valve and install a tee fitting. Re-install the safety on one port of the tee and a pressure switch on the second port. Generic pressure switch on Ebay is about $15 dollars. The pressure switch usually has other ports to install gauge and quick fittings. Will not look pretty but will work nicely. Good luck

If display is scrambled, reset timer: Push reset button while holding down enter button.
If display doesn't show, check AAA batteries.

If timer still doesn't work, then Contact Intermatic.

hi mate take the head off and inspect the valves and gaskets i had this problem and it was the gaskets gone just make sure the valves are opening and closing ok good luck
