The fuel line may be clogged or is collapsed go to a car or a home improvement store go to lawn and garden and get a 3-4 mm gas line

if the primer bulb isn't filling up with gas when you push it the the diphram in the carb. behind bulb is bad needs to be replaced then it should work unless fuel lines are crossed or has holes in them

SOURCE: Mantis tiller will not start.
Make sure there are no leaks in the bulb. Did you reattach the fuel lijnes correctly? You should feel resistance after pushing 3 or 4 times to ensure fuel is getting to the carb. If necessary replace the bulb. Otherwise check with Mantis at www.mantis.com or give them a call for troubleshooting assistance.
