SOURCE: How fix blown element on Electrolux induction range?

If it's a year old and under a 5 year warranty then it will be covered under the warranty and shouldn't cost you a dime. If it happens again then speak to someone about getting a different range since you may have received a lemon.

My Zanussi ZTH485 condenser tumble dryer trips our electricity after it has been on for about an hour. The Electrolux repair man can't find anything wrong with it. What can I do now? Thank you.

call an electrician to check the amps draw for the machine when it is running ( they use an amp meter that clips around the wire for this) to the check the capacity of the breaker that is tripping
probably find that the breaker capacity is too close to the current draw and it takes very little additional current to trip.
he may consider the installation of a breaker with , say , 5 extra amps capacity, may fix the problem

Hello friend, thank you for your post!
I understand that the large burner on your Electrolux range will not shut off. This could be a possible issue with the switch or control panel. Since it could be anyone of these underlying issues I would recommend contacting a professional technician for a proper diagnosis and repair. We hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Electrolux dishwasher tripping on drying cycle

Good Afternoon friend, thank you for your post!
From my understanding your Electrolux dishwasher is tripping your circuit breaker during the cycles. This could be a wiring issue within your dishwasher and you may need to have a professional technician come out. The technician will have the appropriate tools needed for pinpointing the issue within your dishwasher. Best of luck! -Matt

Hi, I am having an issue with my Electrolux dishwasher which is causing a fuse to trip on my consumer unit. Is this likely to be the heating element or could it be something else? Many thanks.

Hello Nigel, thank you for your question. Often when a unit has been installed for a while and recently it starts to trip the breaker, it is typically due to a possible shorting on the unit or an issue with the breaker. Since the dishwasher will not complete the cycle, an actual diagnosis from an experienced tech would determine the precise cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

I have bedrooms with arc fault breakers in them. Randomly, the breaker will trip for no apparent reason. Usually only the lights are on in the bedroom, and nothing is plugged in to the outlets. The room...

Hi,

If your arc fault breakers are tripping, then there is an arc developing somewhere along the line from the panelboard to the rooms that the breakers cover. If they are breaking in more than one room, then the fault lies in the lines somewhere between the panel and junction to these rooms.
You would have to trace the line from the panel to each light/outlet until you find the problem. Remember the arcing could be occurring anywhere, in the line, at the light, or at the outlet.
Your brother should be able to check each section of wire for continuity rather than ripping out all the wires in those circuits.

Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,

I have a Electrolux EXC643 Oven. When you turn on the oven, set to 200 deg C for example, the oven fan and light works, but the oven stay's cold. The circuit breaker has not been tripped, at any point....

circular element is almost certainly open circuit. often the breaker will trip when element goes faulty but not always. take rear cover off and check for continuity
