Look for any problem involving a dropped phase of the input power. It could be a transient one such as a poor contact that the sensor detects a glitch which then cures itself when you overide the watchdog of the system. Tighten all electrical connections and while doing so look for any heating indicators such as discolored insulation. The electronics can see very short failures that are punched through when running manually. That is what the smart controllers are for to protect the motor. The controller itself probably only uses one phase for its own power. The transient might happen in a tenth of a second.

Hi, Yes there is a key combination on these, but it depends on the controller that i fitted onto it, is it an Intelisis with the 3 Oval buttons with the up and down arrows in the middle of them? If so, as you look at the left hand Oval button, just to the left of that is an invisible button. you need to press/swipe your thumb from the far left of the controller, going over the invisible button, to the left hand oval button. pressing both buttons in the process. Hope that helps

I have a ssr ep 100 and the intellisys says no control power ive tryed to clear it but it wont

Probably have a bad High air temp. switch located in the end of the compressor air end. It has control power run thru the switch. If the switch opens on temp or just goes bad you lose control power which will come up on screen as control power loss. Replace HAT switch.

Make sure the model of your compressor is design for 160psi if not the main motor trip off and safe valve pop. Goto Main Menu, Operator setpoint+select, Offline/Online+select, arrow up and down to change value.

OK, Compressor should be shut down and showing (ready to start) in display. Press load/unload button once then press hidden right button within 3 seconds. This will let you access the set point program. It will include language, temperature and pressure, rated pressure, etc. Make sure you look at the data tag affixed to the unit and see what the rated pressure is for your unit. You can endanger yourself and equipment by over pressurizing the components of the compressor.
