If you have 2 Ram installed
check wether they are install in there perfect order
populate them according to the numbers on the Mother board beside the Ram slots .
try one one ram
if it is a Xeon processor you have to use in balance .
if you put the ram s in a proper slot and listen for the notch lock sound .
it should be firmly placed.
And then try to boot now and should be all fine.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: shareing virtul memory
there should be no virtual memory limitation on a motherboard. That limit is a windows only setting that is controlled through the control panel and limited physically by the hard drive. Perhaps you mean to say video memory? ...or conventional memory?...or which other?

go to the following site
download the user manual(not quick installation guide) and check page no 7 or content 1.3 to get the jumper pins to reset the motherboard.
just short those pins and the cmos settings will be gone.
another simple method is just remove the battery and wait for 5 min and again plugin the battery.
thats it you motherboard is resetted to factory settings.

Here is a link for your mobo
looks like you can use any intel processor as long as its a socket478 by intel
Check out nvidia agp cards at www.nvidia.com You can get a 512mb card agp.
The bios is plug and play which should not be a problem.
You may need to upgrade the memory also.
