The unlock code is different for each mobile phone. You need to scan the Sim Card and look-up the unlock code for your phone. The only two options that you have as alternates are to format the Sim Card or buy a new Sim Card.
Either you can contact Google to get your password back, or the other option is to flash your firmware. You can do it via the Sony-Ericsson update service, you can download it from their site.
But REMEMBER, the firmware update will restore the phone to factory defaults.
