Need to take out brew group jammed

I pulled out the container for the old coffee grounds as my Saeco Vienna Superautomatica was turning on. The machine stopped, the brew group got jammed, the coffee container does not fit in any longer, and the light is flashing constantly. Turning the machine off and on again has not helped in restarting the machine. Any suggestion? Thanks,
Gabriella

Coffee pot stopped brewing. All lights come on. When brew button depressed nothing happens. Problem began with no warning symptoms.

Hi
Look on the left side where the box should be. In the left side towards the botton there is a long opening. Take plastic knife and slide it in while the machine is on and blinking and see if the brew unit will cycle. The drip tray has to be in for this to work. There is a metal bar that has to be pushed toward the rear of the machine to cycle the brew unit.

Saeco Vienna superautomatica won't dump grounds puck into dump box

This needs looking at by a Saeco repair shop - the brew unit travels in a distinct 'pathway' from being empty, to filled, to coffee being tamped, then to being emptied. Yours is obviously not working as intended.
It may be the brew unit needs lubricating ( NOT OIL) or it may be the gear system that drives the brew units movements that needs attention.
Cheers
Mike.

How to remove Door?

Lift out the drainer by lifting upwards then pulling towards you. Pull the door from the left side and it will swing out. Pull out the brew group, if you want. Start cleaning.

I just received a used Saeco Vienna SuperAutomatica and I can not get coffee to brew. Drive grounds are shot into discard bin

HI
You must have 2 knobs in the bean hopper, or the grinds are more like French Press (very large grinds) If yoou just have 2 knobs turn the small one towards the minus (-) a little, and see idf that helps. If you hqve very large grinds you grinder has seperated and needs to be replaced.

There are only a few parts on the brew unit that are replaceable, you might have to get a new one check with servicesunlimited, they might have either the diagram or the part needed.

Long time for drip coffee.

Grinder is set to too fine. Lower grinder settings. Keeping the machine at current settings with drip extraction will result in brew group clogging, gear stripping, and/or dulling of grinder burrs.

DECALCIFIER

No can not. You have to waste the beans to run descaler through the Brew Group.
