What does e33 mean on a baumatic washing machine

not saying this is whats wrong with it i just found this on the internet............hi, you need to empty the filter, ours does the same all too often. The filter is located bottom right of the machine at floor level, which is rather daft for an integrated applicance; we have to remove a whole length of plinth to empty ours. Be warned, a lot of gunge and water will come out so have towels at the ready, especially if you have a laminated floor. Turn the white slot with a a 10p piece......and empty. Not the most pleasant of jobs, but effective. Good luck!

I just bought a basic kenmore top loader washer where the lid locks when it washes but when it washes it makes a saw noise is that normal

Was this installed by yourself? Does the machine sit level on the floor? Washing machines should not make excessive noise when being used. You should not use it and immediately contact the supplier.

While on rinse cycle. the machine make a loud of noise, the whole machine shake alot. i replace all the 3 spring, and one spring on the back. and notice there is 2 pin that drop. so i re scure the pin. but...

I had the same problem. It was a combination of unbalanced loads and the machine was not level. I used a torpedo level I bought at Lowes to check the level of the machine. First, standing in front of the machine, put the level on the front edge of the machine top. Measure left to right and using a wrench adjust the screw feet on the bottom front of the machine until you reach level. Then standing in front of the machine, grab the two back corners of the machine console body (do not use the control panel for this as you will break it loose from the body). pulling up and forward, rotate the machine so that the back feet are lifted off the floor, while the front feet are still making contact with the floor. This allows the back feet to automatically level the machine. Using the level check from front to back on the left and right top of the machine body to ensure level is reached. Repeat the entire process until you reach an acceptable level condition on the washer. Note: All level measurements must be made on a flat surface of the machine.

Model MAH9700 - Washer travels across floor in the spin cycle

I suppose that the repairmen would know than I would, but I do know that any washing machine that is not level will walk and vibrate and really shutter on the spin cycle. I would try to level (using a level on the top part of the machine that is flat, if there is such a portion) the machine so that all four feet (pads) are secure with their locking nuts up against the body so that they can't turn and cause the machine to go out of level.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

Trouble balancing a used neptune front load washer

It might not be the leveling of it. Front load washing machines have a lot of power when they go into their spin cycle. Depending on your floor and if the washer is upstairs it is going to shake and make a ton of noise. When I worked for Sears as a tech I had to explain this to a lot of people that just got their first front loaders. Some of them would say that it sounded like a plane was flying threw the house when it would spin. Others said it was like an earthquake. Front loaders don't work good in mobile homes either. Not saying that you have one. Anyway, when these go into spin the have so much force coming from them and all that force goes straight to the floor. If your floor is weak or that washer is in a spot where it is weak it's going to shake. The best thing to do is go under the house and put in a support beam right under the washer. This will get it to lighten up a bit and maybe even fix all together. Give that a try and see how that does. Let me know if you have any other questions and let me know if this was helpful for you. Good luck.

Washplate problem Kenmore Elite Calypso washer

Hello genny2626
Welcome,

You said, your 6 year old Kenmore elite top loader's wash plate doesn't seem to go through its proper motions. When the lid is closed and the washer has filled and the agitating cycle begins, you can hear a vibrating noise as if the plate is trying to move on the gentle cycle, but when the lid is opened, nothing has moved at all. The drain and spin work fine, and the machine goes through an entire cycle without error messages, but the clothes aren't clean. You said, you have heard a lot of horror stories of how expensive these washers are to repair, so would like an idea of what's wrong beforehand.

Here are a list of common vibration noises

Noisy, vibrating, off-balance

Is the washer level? Does the washer rock when pushed
against the corners?
The washer must be level. The front and rear feet must be in
firm contact with the floor. Check that the locknuts are
tightened. See “Level the Washer.”
Is the floor flexing, sagging or not level?
Flooring that flexes or is uneven can contribute to noise and
vibration of the washer. A ³⁄₄" (1.9 cm) piece of plywood under
the washer will reduce the sounds. See “Location
Requirements.”
 Is the load balanced?
Evenly distribute the load in the washer basket and make
sure the height of the load does not exceed the top row of
basket holes. See “Starting Your Washer.”
Do you hear clicking or other noises when the cycle
changes from washing to draining or spinning?
When the drive system shifts or the washer basket settles
between cycles you may hear noises that are different from
your previous washer. These are normal washer noises.
Is the washer gurgling or humming?

Is the washer level? The wash load
should be balanced and not overloaded. The washer must be
level. The front feet should be properly installed and the nuts
tightened. Reset the rear leveling legs (if needed). See the
Installation Instructions.
Did you completely remove the yellow shipping strap with
cotter pins? See the Installation Instructions.
• Are the gears engaging after the drain and before spin, or
is the upper part of agitator clicking during wash? These
are normal washer noises.

Let me know if any of these are the solution!
Huuum

Out of balance drum WM2277HW?

More than likely it did not get reinstalled right after the move. All four of the leveling legs must be firmly touching the floor. If one is even the thickness of a piece of paper off the floor it will start to rock during spin and the problem just amplifies itself. Make sure it's perfectly level and that all the feet are firmly on the floor.

Whirpool top loader unbalanced spin cycle

First change the springs - both the leveling and suspension. You may also need to change a few other parts on the brake and drive tube including the thrust ring. But replace the springs and let see what happens.

Post your results . Remember to rate this solution
