Kenwood DNX6190HD will not boot up,

Press and hold reset button for 10 seconds. If not leave unit unplugged for 1 hour. If it is still doing it you will need to send it in for service most likely.

My Kenwood dnx6190hd keeps going from AM to FM without me clicking the button. It will not let me listen to FM at all. What is the problem?

I went through two of these units before giving up on them. There are some major platform stability issues in the high end Kenwood/Garmin units, and it is not a Garmin problem. It is definitely a Kenwood problem. My dealer is of the opinion that part of the problem is very poor language skills among the Kenwood engineers, but that is hearsay, which may or may not be the case. Anyway, I don't think you should invest too much of your time trying to get the thing to settle down and behave. The most stable high end units according to the dealer's installers are those from Pioneer, even though I definitely do not like their navigation system interface as well. That said, I've been running one since October last year, including a 5,000 mile road trip, and it has been rock solid.

I have a dnx6190hd and the front right speaker cuts out when the volume is loud

You probably have a speaker wire that's shorting to ground. I'd get a multimeter and test the wires going to that speaker for impedance to see if there is a connection to ground.

Check the navigation setup and make sure the voice guidance is set to on. If it is, then the installer didn't catch the right wire for vss. Had the same problem, after getting my unit professionally installed, figured it was a problem with unit so I upgraded to the G510 and installed the DV4100 in my other vehicle myself, caught the right vss wire and now the unit works perfectly, displays turn by turn and gives voice guidance. Read previous solutions, they really help.

If all of the other speakers work properly, it is because that is the way you have it configured. Go into setup and change the configuration. For instance, the bluetooth phone speaker is set up for the right front speaker by default so as to not get a feedback loop with the microphone.
