a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try and download the latest verion of Flash from www.flash.com once you download and it tells you that it is installed.
Close your browser and go to Youtube again.. You should now be able to watch them... If not also update your java at www.java.com

Go to Youtube.com then find and hit the Sign Up and fill up the form. Please remember that your Log In Account will be your URL name extension. If you want to look your URL as what you provided as "www.youtube.com/mycompanyname" so your Log In account should by "mycompanyname."
just like mine....

Open this link (click here), you'll find more lists of more than 130 proxy server addresses. I can't guarantee since I have no knowledge about the security features and measures implemented in your network. But I hope, at least few of them will definitely work for you.
Thanks for using FixYa.
