Question about LG 24 in. LDF 7811 Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher
I live in Chile, I have a LG dishwasher, which was working fine until started to stop with error code E1,and dripping water from under, we looked on the back, checked the hose, nothing... called the service and they told us to change the engine which we think is working just fine... (here service is not very professional) we do not know what to do, how can we access the back of the machine, my husband had done many repair around the house, and I am sure if it is not something extremely complicate he could do it. Could you help? Mara Orsi
You have to pull the dishwasher out from the opening to access the pump.sounds like a possible seal in the pump, leaking supply line, or where the water drain is at the pump.the problem with lg is you only can get parts from lg.com...i would pull out the dishwasher and while it's out,try to run it to isolate the leak.good luck

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
