Can't charge my Sony NWZ-B135F Walkman

My walkman is low battery. When I try to connect my walkman to the USB, only the two red lights are switched on, but I cannot see on the display that is actually charging, and it really doesnt. I let it connected for an hour, and it is still low battery...:(((I didn't drop it or something.
Why is this happening?
I will really appreciate any suggestions or pieces of advice. Thanks.

shut it off and try to reset it. Hopefully it works!!
