Question about HP Pavilion dv9000t Notebook
Ive had my Hp Pavilion dv900 for about 2 years and after the first i needed to replace the video card due to scrambled, pixelated graphics. Now a year after that after i go to turn it on from being shut down or restarted, and the screen goes from black to a pixelated grayish-white. I'm not sure if its starting windows or anything at all, i don't even see the HP logo. Then ill leave it off for a while and it will start up fine, but to a screen with an option to run a repair mode. It seemed to fix it, but when restarted went to a blue screen saying something about the video drivers timing out. It then attempted to restart again but only to the fading white. I know it's not overheating because it's happened after being left off all night. It's also different from the first time, because there are no colors at all, just black to white.
Firstly, May be the drivers are corrupted, reinstall the drivers again (uninstall>restart>install drivers and restart).
If it doesnt solve yet then change the slot, put it in other slot.
