Question about Black & Decker Cmm1200 24v 19" Cordless Mulching Mower
One year old mower. Unplugged for over a year while deployed. Charged it for 3 days before using. Used it today, charge didn't hold. Do I need a new battery?

Hi, it depends on the age of the battery. if it's new no ploblem depending on the age you may have to give it a trickle charge in jan.
If this doesn’t work for you please write back. Thanks,

You can find parts information and exploded views for your mower here. You'll need to pick the series mower you have from the list. The service site's home page is here. At the bottom of the center pane is box where you can enter your model number to find the manual. With the views they give, you should be able to get the mower apart to replace the batteries yourself. Good luck on the project!

Look inside where the battery is inserted and see if the battery terminals are bent back or spread appart too far. It is a common problem with many cordless devices.
Beat of luck.
