Looks like the system on board that controls these indicators is going out on you and needs to be repaired before other system do the same. You can try these tips to illimate this make sure that no buttons on the TV are jammed in or stuck if not and they are free and not obstructed. If you inclined to pop open the back of the TV and give it a good cleaning with a can of forced air you can pick up from a computer retail shop. Spray out all the dust you can find. Be careful not to tilt the can because liquid will spray out. Let the TV sit for 15 mins cleaned out, try to see if that will shore up the problem, otherwise your going to need another control logic board replacment.
