Question about Kenmore 73502 / 73504 / 73509 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
Refrigator at room temperature and freezer is set at 1 deg and at 6 degrees seems like not fans are running , I do not hear and feel any air passing though
Hi, If the freezer is cold............ I would suspect the defrost timer. Remove everything and place in coolers or another refrigerator. Unplug the refrigerator. With doors open let it sit for aprox 6 hrs. A fan blowing into the freezer section will help. Plug back in and see if it works good again. The fans may be caked in ice and should run again but they may have burned up and need replaced. If it works good for a couple of days and problem returns, Replace the defrost timer. Hope this helps. kstfas
