    hi there,

You can use your other photo imaging/editing programs to manipulate your images. The CaptureView binoculars will have no trouble downloading images to other software.

If using a SD card you can download the images into your computer by using a flash card reader. When using a flash card reader, the flash card looks like a Hard drive to your computer.

    Hope this initial info/idea helps.

Just let me know for further assistance

    Hi Many thanks

The idea of SD card works perfectly, however it is not very comfortable.

I would like to connect the binoculars directly to the computer by USB port, but the message that appears is that the Windows does not recognize the device by which I cannot settle the Capture View driver.

Which the driver that I could settle to replace the original Simmons? Thanks again

    Thanks again

I have already tried in another PC but the same thing happened, however this another PC also uses the Windows XP. I shall try with another version of Windows. As to the cable USB I'll buy another to test.

    Thanks

    hi again,

try the following, the errors that you have can only by this.:

    1. change the data cable you are using with that device.
possible damaged data cable you are using right now. better try it with another cable.
    2. try to test it or plug it on a different unit.
possible corrupted file on the unit, or a missing link to the usb drive, better to test it with other PC.

as far as i know your smmons was plug n play with xp & no need for any software or driver to be installed before you can connect and detect it on your pc

to sum it up as i see the device was it OK. & you only have to do the 1 & 2 procedure i gave you.

luckily you can able to get the files using a card reader, gladly that there's always option #2 with you..

    Keep me updated,

    Thanks

Cant get my pictures

plug in the binoculars then go to control panel/device manager look for the yellow exclamation mark right click it and choose update drivers allow it to go on the internet to find the drivers. You may have a 64 bit computer with an older software that only works on 32 bit. We'll see if the manufacturer tried to make a driver for both.

Tip

USB Printer does not recognize with XP Computer

In most cases, the driver for a printer is supplied when you purchase it. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to provide the driver along with the device to make sure the working.

However, most of the Operating Systems come with native driver support for many known printers. This is the fact we have to take care while purchasing a printer. Even though we misplaced the driver disc, if we purchase a good manufacturer printer, there is a chance to get the native support from Operating System itself.

There are some scenarios where printer may not be recognized by the Operating System due to some conflict with other devices.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps and check the operation:
  • Ensure that the supplied USB cable is firmly connected to both the printer and computer side.

  6. Click the Next button.
  7. In the Finish Setup dialog box, click the Finish button.
  • If the USB driver for the Printer has already been installed, uninstall and then reinstall the driver.

Do I need the software to install Dymo LabelWriter 400 Thermal Printer to my computer?

Hi, most printers do need a software/driver in order to be recognized by your computer. If in case you don't have the driver yet, you may download it from this site:
http://www.labelvalue.com/dymo-software.php

Select the software/driver compatible to your computer's operating system (ex. windows 7, windows xp, Vista, etc.) Please save it first to your computer before running it.
I hope this helps.

So I reinstalled windows xp to my demnsion 5100 desktop. when the computer start the screen resolution is so big. I try to change the resolution to small but it will not save. it configures and then it...

After Reinstalling Window XP did you install the driver for your graphic adapter (VGA driver). If you'll not install the graphic driver it happen with the resolution, and about your mouse. you might be using USB mouse and it need to install driver too, but in case of your mouse window automatically takes the driver , you don't need to do anything.

I believe you might be canceling the installation of HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE installation during the time of your window start up process.

About your Display, I hope you might have the proper driver installation CD.

All The BEST and hope i could help you.

WinXP needs to run a utility to partition the drive and activate it first. Try running https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/devtest/devcon

Motherboard stop recognize SATA HDD after BIOS reset (default)

You'll likely need either a driver disk for your SATA drive to be recognized by Windows XP during installation or Windows XP with Service Pack 2 built in to install without a driver disk.

Creating a Windows XP installation CD with Service Pack 2 or "SP2" built in is fairly straight forward. This is called "slip streaming". Step - by - step directions can be found in the following links:

first of its you should be using windows xp because your driver is compatible with windows xp and for that your camcorder will recognize by your computer. after you insert the USB it should be appearing on your computer that something is connected on it and you should install the driver. i will give you a step by step on your camcorder.

  • connect your camcorder using your USB cable to your computer and be sure it is ON
  • Install the cd driver camed with your camcorder. if you didnt prompt on looking for a driver then go to the add hardware on the control panel and follow the procedure there.
  • after the installation you should see the icon on the my computer labeled scanners and cameras and indicating the model of your camcorder.
  • Install Ulead Power Producer or any editing movie that you have like Windows movie maker, nero movier maker etc.. i prefer to use Ulead because its so easy to use
  • after uploading and editing your videos using ULEAD save it on any various types of videos that you like. you should see it after you want to save it.
  • burn your videos on NERO software
Hope you understand my procedures. Good Luck!
