Question about Samsung LE32R74BDX 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
A dark shadow from top left across to centre of screen it is mostly visible on green football pitches and on blue sky scenes.
could this be the result of cleaning the tv
the shadow is dark grey and it is internal not on outer surface of screen
PS I am a UK resident.
Well the shadow is caused by the pixels going dead. There is a term for this "dead pixels" if its still under warrenty take it in. If its not you may be able to get a new screen for it on Ebay.com I use ebay a lot and boy I found thing I though I would never find people are very informative and you will probably need to take the screen you bought to a repair shop and have them place it in for you. this is not a quick fix so I hope this helps.
