take the back off the watch...carefully
look inside the watch for a small arrow, it will be pointing to a tiny dot
pull out your crown as far as you can.
use a small pin/tweezer, what ever will fit in that small hole
push in the hole and at the same time, pull your crown out.
it should pop right out!
