The box "try again" keeps popping up on Netflix. I cannot get it to connect.

removing the power from tt ninx box and wait 30 seconds
then power back up tt ninx box and see if it starts working after it powers back up

I recommend turning off the Wii completely. Check the wireless router and unplug the router, but do not disconnect the cable. Keep powered off for 5 minutes. Plug router back in, let all the lights power up and then turn the Wii on and attempt to connect again. Should the issue continue, you may need to go through the Wii network set up and verify that it is communicating with the router.
