i've lost the manual
Problem for Dedicated Micros Digital Sprite 2 RS Video Recorder
None of the buttons on the front do anything... locked up

The live light is on and the record light is on. Can not change any settings or cameras, well..... can not do anything.....

Couple of possibilities here, could be a stuck button, could be a fan dragging and pulling the voltage down, check the PSU, low voltage can do this. Could be a disc problem, replace HDD and download latest software version from DM site reload and try again. Could also be "frozen", and if your PSU and HDD is healthy a reboot should solve this. No definitive answer.
