Question about Apple Iphone A1387
Hold both the lock button and the home button for at least ten seconds. That is a factory reset.
Connect your Iphone to your computer and select "Unlock Phone" once it is recognized in Itunes.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Connect you itouch to iTunes.
Press and hold the power and home buttons
Screen goes black, now release the power button. Make sure you don't release the home button until it says "we have detected an iPod Touch in recovery mode."
Once it does this just do a simple restore, by clicking the "Restore" button under the large iPhone picture.
Hope this helps!
