Question about Samsung MS1040BB Microwave Oven
Not Working, Only Show A-1 And Move Up and Down To 2 3 & 4.
The "Handy Helper" pad may be sticking, indicating a failing keypad. That pad will cause the display to read "A-1". I would suggest unplugging the oven from the wall for a few minutes, then plugging it back in.
