Question about Samsung MS1040BB Microwave Oven
Not Working, Only Show A-1 And Move Up and Down To 2 3 & 4.
The "Handy Helper" pad may be sticking, indicating a failing keypad. That pad will cause the display to read "A-1". I would suggest unplugging the oven from the wall for a few minutes, then plugging it back in. If it still has a problem, you may need a new keypad, which can be had here: http://www.samsungparts.com/search/search.asp If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info at our site, which is linked at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk Post back here if you need more help. If you don't have the owner's manual, you can download it here: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200305/20030529152504390_MW1030WC_02601A.pdf
