hi, If you can the QRS wave on its display for all the leads and if the machine is not prinding then the problem is with the printer side. First of all you have to check is the paper is inserted propely or not. If its ok then the motor or its driving section can becom faulty. Also there is one more chance is there the battery. If any of the cells in the battery is faulty then the machine will not get the proper voltage and fails to print. Its an 18V 1.4Ah battery. If you need the service manual for the machine then I'll sent the same. For that i need your email address. I can't upload that manual by fixya as it is in PDF format. OK OK
Follow the instruction on the install manual, page 7. you should start by cleaning the memory of all the previous data - as explained in page 6.
If you don't have the manual get it from here http://download.homesecuritystore.com/downloadmanual.aspx?FileName=ALLEGRO_Install.pdf
If you know the 'go' code ( default 9713 ), you can press *+90 to see the event log, which you scroll through with the arrow keys on the keypad (alpha keypads only). If that is not available, you will need to have a certified alarm installer come and check your system for faults.
I talked to 3 different departments at ITI, they all say you can't get
them anymore (sales, tech support, and repair) No one even has a number
for a refurb equipment company.
LINE CARRIER POWER TRANSFORMER : : ITI part #60-145-235 Canada part #60-366 :
: The power transformer supplies a DC voltage of approximately 13 to 14
VDC (unloaded) to the CPU through terminals 1 & 2. Additionally,it
contains the line carrier circuitry for the Wireless Interior Siren
through terminal 3. The AC power indicator voltage for the CPU is
carried through terminal 4. : : The Transformer is fused with a 400
mA fuse on the primary side of the transformer. Replace only with a 400
mA 250V Time Lag Fuse (ITI Part #33-023). This is all I could locate, hope something here helps. please leave rating. thank you
