You do not need to drain the tube. Drain the "boiler" untill the water level in the tube is at the half way mark. If it keeps rising to high you may need to replace or repair your auto feed control. BOILERS CAN BE DANGEROUS IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO SERVICE IT. You would be better off to hire a contractor to make the repair and to teach you the basic operating info on your particular system. You are better off spending the money for the repair SO YOU STAY SAFE

Tube for pressure switch sits outside drum and needs air pressure to activate the may find the water has entered the tube thus reducing the effective air pressure required to activate water level indicator.simply take top off washer and locate the tube , drain the machine via the drain tube near the penny trap before pulling off the rubber hose which comes from bottom of drum and drain out any water from tube, reconnect tube and the air that is now in the tube will compress as the water level rises to the point where it activates the switch.if still not fixed maybe need to replace pressure switch which is obtainable off eBay from various online sellers.

Frt18hs6dw9 top freezer refrigator

I believe it would be the defrost drain from the freezer is clogged. remove 4 screws in Refrigerator section which hold light bulb, temp sensor assy, etc.
there is a drain pan built in to the rear of this unit, and a tube which goes from the pan to the base of fridge. be removing the unit, you will be able to see if the drain pan has clogged, or if you need to carefully snake the drain tube.
Our unit the pan clogs every couple years.

Turn the boiler off. Connect a garden hose to the drain bib. Shut the water supply valve off.
Open the drain bib and drain boiler. Close drain bib and open supply valve.
When boiler is full, go to the farthest faucet and open the hot water and let run.
Go back to supply valve and turn off and on a couple of times rapidly this will "bounce" sediment loose.
Repeat above twice.

Water in bottom of fridge

In the back of the fridge way down low on the very bottom you will see the tube. If you think it is clogged. Take a spray bottle filled with very hot water and just a cap full of bleach. Spray it on the drain hole and this will rsolve your blockage issue

DU943PWK won't drain

If you take the bottom panel off the DW, there is a white plastic tube that is sticking out, but attached to the motor. Turn the tube counter clockwise ( Please be sure to have wet vac ready as this tube will let water out, even if you think you have all water out, still have wet vac and towels ready) Pieces of things get stuck in that tube and make it hard to drain.. replace tube to motor after cleaning and test unit

If the floor of the freezer is full of ice, your defrost water drain tube is clogged. Remove the ice in the freezer bottom, find the top of the drain tube inside the freezer near the top of the ramped up area, about the size of your index finger and blast hot water through it with a turkey baster. About 4 cups of good hot water but not boiling

Tank fills automatically with level electrode on top of boiler. Same punp that brews your coffee will top up the tank. Electrode full of scale - no water in tank. The boppom of group has drain exit. Fully normal to have a bit water to drain out. tale apart and clean manually! Nothing to be afraid of. take photos as it can get tricky to get all pcs back after mayor overhaul. Larger commercial machines have the drain outlet covered behind a vertical wall. You don't see the water but the E61 group is identical!! ///Olev
