I have an Iphone 5 and an Ipad Mini, both with LockBox app on them and backed up to the cloud (I think). Neither will run the app right now. I updated to the new IOS a couple of weeks ago, and that may have had an effect on the app(s). I can initiate the app, which then asks for my passcode. When I put in the passcode, LockBox opens and shows my list of items in the program for several seconds and then goes back to the home screen. During the time the list is portrayed on the screen, I can not scroll, select, or anything. I have tons of information on there that I need to get back. Is there any way to retrieve it or get LockBox to work again???

There are plenty of cloud service apps in the App Store, and some of them support to sync media files. With a cloud service app, you can transfer music from iPod touch to iPhone. Dropbox is regarded as one of the most popular cloud apps among iPhone and iPad users, and it provides 2GB for free use, so you can sync the songs from iPod touch to the cloud service, and enjoy them on iPhone.
Download and install Dropbox on iPod touch. Register an account and log in.
Click Add Files, and select the songs you want to transfer. Then click Upload.
Install Dropbox on iPhone as well, and log in with the same account. Then wait until the songs show up in the Dropbox folder.
You can listen to the songs with the Open in function in Dropbox to listen to the songs, or download the songs to your iPhone so that you can enjoy them anytime you need.
If the important contacts in iPad get deleted, you will try to get them back. Restoring iPad with the iTunes backup is the easiest way to recover deleted contacts on iPad mini. If you update your iPhone backups regularly, then you can recover most of the important data from the backup. The restoring process is also easy to be done, and the following tutorial is for the new users of iOS devices:
Connect iPad mini to computer with USB cable, and iTunes will launch automatically. If not, you should manually start iTunes.
iTunes will recognize iPhone and display the iPad icon at the upper left corner. Click the iPad icon.
The control panel of iPhone appears after you click the iPad icon. Click Summary in the panel.
Click Restore Backup in the right part of the window. Then iTunes will allow you to choose the iPad backup, and finish the restore.
If your apps were from the apple AppStore they should be in the cloud and you should be able to retrieve them on your new Apple device as long as you know your Apple ID and password along with your iCloud password
Is it a lockbox or a drop box? It it is a dropbox, as I suspect, re-load the ap on your desktop. Be sure your data has been uploaded from your hand-held devices Then download the contents from the appropriate folder to your desktop. The drop box then becomes your personal cloud. You can also accomplish this with Icloud, up to 5 gigs. of data.

The Kindle Cloud should transfer them automatically when you download the app on your iPad. When you open the iPad app, there's a 'button' that toggles between "cloud" and "device". All you need to do is select the 'cloud' and select which items you want on your device by 'clicking' on them one at a time. You can do the same thing with your iPhone or other device that connects to the internet 'cloud' and the app. Hope that helps!
At this point, I read almost exclusively on my iPad. However, occasionally I'll use my iPhone too - so I just use the 'cloud'.
