Tryed to put pictures inside and couldn't.
I can put music in there.
I can record fm and voice.

i lost the software for my e260 also and i just restore my computer so now the issue is that my battery died on the e260 so the thing must be chaged
but the computer can not reconize the e260. where can i get a new disk?

my pc crashed and have it built again but lost all software even my windows media is not functioning cos i could not validate the product key. now i want to reinstall the sansa software to add music to it but i have lost the product cd. What can i do?

Converter crashes any time I use it even with known supported format.

whenever i try to put videos on my sansa e260, it always says sansa media converter doesn't support this format or that the file is corrupted and the file i downloaded is perfectly fine. i uninstalled the converter to see if i re-installed it would it work but now i dont know where to find it.

Hi, my problem is not being able to download the media converter.
It seems such a big deal for SanDisk themselves because after my 3rd
request, I am still waiting for this issue to be taken care of.
I am soooooo mad with these "bigshot" manufacturers for not putting out a product with all the necessary tools, so that the buyer can go back to his normal business. SHAME ON THEM.
