The remote on my Charmglow heater doesn't work. Is there a generic one that I could replace it with?

The remote may be uniquely coded to work only with your heater. You may have to obtain an exact replacement

I have a Charmglow ventless gas heater after it reaches temp, the pilot light goes out.


I have had a Charmglow for about five years and was doing the same thing. I called a plumber that worked with gas fireplaces and he came out, clean the pilot light and now it works great. Cost was $99.00

I have a Charmglow propane heater model CGL300TQ with a bad fan. Where can I find parts for this stove and does Charmglow have a website for parts?


Depends what is actually wrong with fan, if tis the blower barrel part you can by replacements but if its the fan and you van't find manufacturer try an commercial or indutrial fan place to match the one you have be careful to make sure that it is electrically compatible and that it will connect to heater safely and do as old fan did as fan speeds on heaters can be important

I am looking for a thermocouple for a Charmglow Pure Comfort Solution - Model #CG07010491


Thermocouples are kind of generic. If you remove the one on the heater, you can take it to your local hardware store and match it up. The new ones usually come with adapters for the three main ways they attach. The only thing you really need to make sure of is that is the right length.
