Question about Tomtom GO 300 GPS Receiver
Yesterday when I started my car, my TomTom screen was frozen like it was trying to turn off and then just stopped. I took it out of the head unit (it's in a 2008 Toyota 4-Runner Urban Edition)and tried to manually turn it off. That didn't work so I ejected the memory card. I reinserted the memory card and when I did I turned the unit back on. Ever since then the screen just shows a picture of the tomtom and the memory card going in and out of the unit with a big red "X" on the memory card.
You can reset the unit by removing it from the cradle and using a
straightened paper clip in the reset hole on the unit's bottom
go to tomtom website ----> support ---->Select your product ----> Select your model --->Your question is about: select 'How to' Questions then below look for "How to soft-reset my navigation device" click on it.Select your device from the list below to see how to reset it
hope this help
