With win 8 u cannot get back in u will have to reinstall back to factory reset , take back to shop and they will do it 4 u

sut down your computer then restart it as soon as it restarts press F8 on your keyboard the computer sould give you a few options choose start in safe mode the machien sould display safe made in all four coners of the screen then go into the control panel look for user accounts choose your user name and change the password then restart your machine

Sorry but i have to inform you that your hard drive is failing, the error messages that you are getting relate to this fact and is related to the hard drive having unrecoverable bad sectors or immanent hard drive failure.
There is no way you can recover the drive!!
Your only option now would be to buy a new drive for the computer or if the machine is still under warranty take advantage of that and send it in for repair, you will no doubt have to purchase a windows installation disk too.

Disc Read error indicated a failing hard drive. Replace the drive will be the fix, then reinstall Windows

Have you tried a factory restore? It will wipe out everything and set it back to the condition it came in when perchased. You should get the choice to system restore when you restart your computer. Watch at the bottom of the screen and you will get a choice of "F" buttons to press. One will say somthing like F10-System Restore. When you see which one it is press that F key a few times and it will walk you through a restore.
