This might help you troubleshoot your issue. I am suspecting that the problem is either with your OS going a bit wonky (when was the last time you had OS reinstall?) or it might be due to a faulty RAM (less likely).

STOP 0x0000000E errors are likely caused by hardware or driver issues. Try snapping a picture of the error message with a camera if you have a fairly new smartphone it should do the trick. Note down the entire stop code and try searching online for what might be causing it.
