This might help you troubleshoot your issue. I am suspecting that the problem is either with your OS going a bit wonky (when was the last time you had OS reinstall?) or it might be due to a faulty RAM (less likely).

I would advise doing a fresh install of your Windows, but you can also try some of the techniques from this article:

STOP 0x0000000E errors are likely caused by hardware or driver issues. Try snapping a picture of the error message with a camera if you have a fairly new smartphone it should do the trick. Note down the entire stop code and try searching online for what might be causing it.

Dell latitude e6400 wont boot has black screen

Restart your computer and then press and hold F8 keys until you get Advanced Options menu screen.Use the arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, and then press Enter, your computer will boot automatically to safe mode.
If you able to start in the safe mode then Scan your computer for viruses. Some viruses can cause a black Screen , especially ones that infect the master boot record (MBR) or boot sector.
- Update drivers for your hardware. black Screens are hardware or driver related so updated drivers could fix the cause of the STOP error.
- Check for registry issues
If it didn't helps you then simply get the system utility program like PC Fresher that will fix windows errors that cause of black screen screen

How do you run CHKDSK /F with the blue screen stop error on my desktop?

You MUST have a boot device like CD, DVD, or USB. Use the install disc to access command prompt, by choosing the repair option. You could also download and burn a boot CD like Hirens.

The other option is to remove the drive and attach it as a slave or USB to another computer.
