SOURCE: Have an new xerox printer

91.858.00 is reservoir thermistor open circuit,
cause can be faulty/disconnected printhead cable or faulty printhead. Unfortunately, there is not a lot you can do. Try a second reboot, if that fails return to shop for new or contact Xerox for a DOA swap out.
Hope this helps.

Process Drive Fault"

Do you have another kit you can take from another printer.
Switch the printer off.
Swap out the kit with the one from the other printer.
Turn it back on. If it clears the fault when the printer is ready put back the new kit
