Homemade apple cider vinegar.
Recommended Amount of Apple Cider Vinegar Per Day
By Jessica Bruso Oct 03, 2017
People sometimes drink apple cider vinegar as an alternative remedy for conditions including diabetes, cancer, weight loss, high blood pressure and acne, although the research results on the potential benefits of doing so are still preliminary and conflicting. Speak with your doctor before using vinegar in amounts larger than those found in food to make sure this would be safe for you.

TYPICAL DOSAGE
According to eMedTV, no set dosage of apple cider vinegar has been proven to be safe and effective. However, people often use doses ranging from a teaspoon to a tablespoon taken with a full glass of water up to three times per day. The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar can cause the enamel of your teeth to become eroded, irritate your throat or interfere with blood-thinning medications, diuretics or insulin. Drinking too much vinegar could cause your potassium levels to fall too low, and drinking straight vinegar could cause damage to your esophagus, according to a review article published in "Medscape General Medicine" in 2006.

No scientific evidence that it does. It is acidic. You can spice foods with it. I find that white vinegar does an excellent job of cleaning my eye glasses.

Any truth that vinegar can eliminate belly fat?

CNN says so: http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/22/health/apple-cider-vinegar-benefits/

According to Well Blogs, it does work, but slowly. (hey, slow is better than nothing!) https://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2016/03/29/ask-well-apple-cider-vinegar/

Mayo Clinic is not too fond of the idea: http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/weight-loss/expert-answers/apple-cider-vinegar-for-weight-loss/faq-20058394

I am an RN and I am doing it to avoid taking stomach meds and it works for me.

I hope this helps you!

How do I convert 5% Apple cider vinegar to 2.5% Apple cider vinegar thank you

I went google and typed in--- changing the acidity of vinegar
the first site --testing acidity of vinegar is informative (www.culturesforhealth.com>testing acid)
there are lots of other sites and from one of them you will get a procedure on how to reduce the % to what you want
It is just not a matter of adding water but a process of reducing the PH value of the acid
Happy experimenting
