SOURCE: Coleman furnace blower runs continuously

You should be seeing 120 volts to the igniter. Anything less requires either a replacement of the transformer, start relay or control module.

Small blower motor? Are you talking about the combustion blower if so then check your vents for blockage.. if the vents are blocked won't work... if it has a control board init it will give you a diagnostic code. Flashing light on the board... count the flashes and look up the fault on the chart in your owners manual ot on the furnace door..

SOURCE: gas furnace for mobile home, Coleman DGAM056BDD,

Is your thermostat set to on?That would make it run continuously. There is a relay in the Coleman unit that could be stuck. Good luck--

Hello, have you tried jumping the R and W wires on the thermostat sub base? If this turns on you furnace than the thermostat is bad, however if there is no display on the thermostat and does not power up by jumping the R and W Wires then most likely the transformer is bad and must be replaced.

If the thermostat is ok which it probably is then your sequencer is most likely stuck i would say. You could verify that by removing 24 volts to the sequencer to see if it will shut down the heater
themobilian_598.jpg When low voltage from the thermostat is applied at the base of this sequencer it heats a bi-metal and turns on each coil and fan in a sequence that will insure the breaker don't throw from the power surge AND warm air comes out the vents when that fan comes on. I would start there.

There should be one right above the burner tray. Look at the wiring diagram (pasted on one of the panels) and follow the wires Usually red orange or yellow) to the switch (may look like a rectangle plate with 2 prongs) and jump the switch with a jumper to test.

Draft fan keeps on running after furnace shuts

That sounds pretty normal for most furnace/heater products. They run the heating element with fan for a cycle then after the heater reaches temperature it will shut off and the fan will continue to run to cool the element and to circulate the heat that it produced. If you want the manual for this product it looks like you can get it here: http://homeappliance.manualsonline.com/ex/product/headline/m/Coleman%2BEvcon/d/furnace/p/DGATO75BDC

I have a coleman evcon dagto7obdd fan keeps running i changed the limit switches fan keeps running and 4 blinking lights means limit open

Check for continuity through all your switches. Check voltage where these switches hook up to your control ignition box.if you see voltage there the problem is either the wiring or one of your switches is open. If you read no voltage there check again from "C" to the same wires a readign then indicates a bad board. Then check "R" to there a reading here indicates a bad thermostat (which is probably not your trouble due to the code and your legend of the code 4)

Hope this is cleaR and helps Please grade am accordingly and good luck.

My Heater Sparks and shoots out smoke

Most likeley a bad transformer. Shut off the breaker, then remove the cover of the box containing the transformer & circuit board. If the transformer is bad, it will look and smell burnt. Mark the wires before you disconnect it, so you know how to connect the replacement. Then remove the bad transformer and bring it to a heating & AC parts store so they can match up a replacement part for you.

Carrier (outside) Coleman Evcon (inside) Air Conditioning question

transformer has just 4 leads. 2 for primary which is your 110 volts and 2 for secondary which is supposed to be 24 volts ac. if you splice the two secondary wires coming out of your transformer, you should be able to get a 24 v ac there.

the box that you are referring to could be a fire controller that in case of fire, it would shut off the fan and the compressor outside.

tnx 4 using fixya,
