Make sure there are no weeds around the outside compressor.

See that all vents/louvers are clear.

Change air filter inside if it hasn't just been changed.

Clean algae off cooling fins -- be careful with these -- they are very fragile and can be easily damaged -- you can get a kit from an appliance parts store to clean them

- check all pipes, insulation, etc. for damage -- repair as needed

Turn it on

How often do i need to replace my fuel filter?

SIMPLE MAINT SCHEDULE , IS CHANGING IT ONCE A YEAR, but it depends where you live, If this truck is a diesel & you live in a northern climate, change your filter once a year but not until you know for ceretain that you are buying winter grade fuel, ie: nov
Reason for this is that there will be wax/parafin build up in the filter that your ran on the summer fuel, it can congeal in the filter in winter becasue of this build up. If you replace the filter in late autumn, then tat filter will not have a congeal problem because the there hasnt been anything but winter grade fuel through it, , and its safe to run all next summer , but the summers residue will cause problems next winter , so change again in late autumn .

Icing of the fins of my lg aircondtioner indoor unit

Check/clean intake air filter and condenser fins,as well as be sure condensation drain is clear as well. Sometimes if not the right angle, moisture remains inside unit rather than draining outside, or wherever your drain is, make sure it's clear and draining well.
