The best way to do this will depend on your computer and its capabilities (mainly BIOS), and where your copy of Windows is.
For example, you might change to a new hard disk and simply install Windows on that, and have one HD for Linux and a different one for Windows. OR your computer might support dual boot, in which case read these articles on how to set it up:
http://apcmag.com/how_to_dual_boot_linux_and_windows_xp_linux_installed_first.htm
or
http://www.ehow.com/how_2064947_create-linux-dual-boot-system.html
(they are examples of many of this type).

These are just two ways you might accomplish this; it really does depend on your computer, and what the options are in the BIOS. Or you might use a program called a Boot Loader or Boot Manager, which typically you boot into from a CD, and this then offers you the choice of boot device.

SOURCE: Dear sir

Because your computer can only operate one operating system at a time. You can add both partitions to your computer but your computer can work with one partition on your hard drive at a time.

To run both at the same time you will need seperate computers. One for Windows and one for Linux, a network, and another computer with the desktop software so that you can access both systems.

It's the same configuration that companies manage them on.

What sort of wireless card do you have? What sort of security does your wireless router use? Most wireless devices will work properly once given the proper setup. Once they are working, they have to speak to the Wireless router using the proper security.

I cannot install any of OS!

That's a sticky wicket. Windows can be finicky. It might be easier to install an open source OS before installing Windows if you still want to. I have limited experience installing an OS on an Acer D257. I accidently erased WIndows while trying to dual boot Mint. I like Mint 16 better anyway because it doesn't have all the lost time of Windows installing updates and system repair stalls because the battery ran out don't happen etc. Mint is cool and free online for download.

Linux Ubuntu is also free and very easy to install. If you install Mint first then install Ubuntu it is fairly simple to dual boot and have two operating systems.

It is possible to dual boot Windows 7 of course, yet Linux is free online so if you botch it another try doesn't cost anything, while if you lose Windows 7 or Windows 7 Starter and lose the product key it can cost quite a bit to replace it. In some future Universe Windows might make its O.S. available free for home versions and charge a low price annually for using it and receiving upgrades etc. That would make it easier to dual boot with other systems. Mint 16 has everything Windows offers essentially except for the Windows Movie maker. I had a lot of trouble getting the free app movie makers to work in Mint for some reason.

Mint has a lot of free apps that accomplish everything Windows has.

Not sure what u mean...i am a novice and i know i deleted files like gateway restore mangement and others

Your first step will be backup your important files. Don't write anything to your disk, before you do that. Every file is not deleted, it has just replace first letter with special sign (mark for deleted). If you don't write to disk, special programs can recover it (You need undelete tool program). To backup your important files, you can use live-linux DVD (Mint-linux is good). Write iso image from Mint web page with burning software to DVD, put into DVD and start computer. After that you can put memory stick and backup files from disk to stick. After that you can try to recover Windows (press F8 button when computer start, and going to "Safe mode with networking") You can go to ESET (Nod32) and download off-line tools for viruses cleaning. If you are sure that you have not viruses, you can try to recover Windows. When you are press F8, you have solution for choose previous state of Windows. Be careful, it is last step, and it will change Windows to before state. Windows will be like in the time when you install first time. If this is not good enough, you can only reinstall Windows. From Mint DVD, you can install Mint linux like backup multiboot solution. It will not have viruses problem. I suggest Mint, because I have Musical studio on that OS, and it look like Windows (It is based on Ubuntu linux). Good luck! If you need more information, just ask... I write lot of possibility because your short question.

What are the issues about Linux Operating System

There are MANY Linux operating systems. The main ones known are Ubuntu, Fedora, PC Linux OS, OpenSUSE, Cent OS, Linux Mint and Debian.

Debian is the mother or what Ubuntu and Linux Mint is built from. Debian is considered to be stable. Ubuntu is also supposed to be stable as is Linux Mint. The advantage of these two are ease of use. Debian, Linux Mint and Ubuntu are using .deb packages for applications to be installed.

OpenSUSE uses .rpm packages. It is also considered as stable, but not as widely used as Debian (and the other two) CentOS and Fedora.

CentOS is mainly used for Server purposes. However, in the installation, there are many types of installation options, including Desktop. CentOS is based on the Enterprise version of Red Hat. This is what mainly more and more websites are running off of as it is extremely STABLE and FAST!! So Cent OS is the free EXACT version of Red Hat. Fedora, is the test bed for Red Hat , carrying the LATEST technology being made available to anyone for free.

ALL of these operating systems, except Red Hat, are for FREE. All applications are for FREE. Just to let you know, Google also is using a Linux version for their phones now as well called Android, which you can also acquire for FREE.

The only disadvantage that used to exists until recent is that you could not play all the latest and greatest games on Linux. Now with Steam, you can play anything.

There is a myth that you could not install Windows applications on Linux. You can use Wine on Linux to install Microsoft Windows Applications. If you are having a problem, you are probably missing some files for wine to make it work properly.

Linux is also being used in cars. Check out Toyota and Mercedes Benz that is using Ubuntu. Linux is big and amazing.

Hope that answers your questions.

You will need to hit the key function required to choose your boot media. Example, F2, F12. Choose the DVD drive. The Linux OS should format the drive area for the installation and install a boot manager that will allow you to choose which operating system that you want each time you turn it on.

Can't find the manual

Most manuals can be found online...
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/help

if using linux please go to the main linux website such as mint or ubuntu. these can be found by searching the internet.
Some operating systems have internal help which you can find by typing getting started after clicking on the microsoft button (lower left) or in mac's spotlight (upper right).
