Question about Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am having a extremely strange printer issue with one of our users here. We have a hp laserjet 2600n setup on the network. We setup the printer on the computer as a local printer using a tcp/ip port. When we first setup the printer it will print the test page at the end of the install just fine. Any attempts to print after that will not work. There is no errors on the printer or the computer indicating that something may have gone wrong.
We have multiple users connected the the printer and this issue only happenes to one user. We even changed out her computer with a new one with a fresh install of xp pro and the issue is still there. We have also tried diffrent drivers and restarting the printer. Any insite to what may be causing this would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.
