inside USA ALL I SEE IS 302C (nearest_)
it shows no 4.3 there
so go to and Android forum (real) and ask, my guess is risky

When it fell, it sounds like the screen got damaged. It will need to be replaced. Go to a local repair shop, or if you are near Chicora, PA, I can fix it for you.

Use a higher amp rated charger, (same voltage and polarity)..but I would suggest letting it complete it's charging cycle before trying to operate it..

It has a button on the edge side just slide it.

The power button is on the edge.

I have the same issue on the same tablet. It seems the interrupts for the screen do not work for a few seconds even minutes
