I have an arris modem through time warner cable for my internet and digital phone. My internet is working fine but I have no phone. The Telephone 1 and Telephone 2 lights are blinking. First Telephone 2 blinks for 10 or 15 seconds then Telephone 1 blinks for 10 to 15 seconds. Then back to Telephone 2. Time warner says they show it receiving a signal.

You can try doing a "Hard reset" on the modem but it looks like you've tried most combinations. To do the hard reset: - unplug the coax cable from the back of the modem - Push and hold the "reset" button in for 15 seconds - Allow the modem 30 seconds to reinitialize and then plug the coax cable back in. Within 10minutes you should have activity back. If not, the modem needs to be replaced. I know you may have tried something similar to this but I'm hoping this may help.

I didn't have incoming calls for a year (didn't mind, no telemarketers). But I fixed today.
Check with your home alarm company. Turns out they can download a signal. No, it wasn't the computer's internal modem, it wasn't the phone/cable company or the arris modem.
No need for service call.
