Error light problem. Spits paper back out.

Intimus 300 shredder. Has three lights on right side. Top one is on constantly, which I think indicates a paper jam. If I press the red button (which reverses the direction) it will pull in the paper for about two seconds, then spit it back out about halfway. Can anyone help?
