Question about Canon Speedlite 550EX TTL Flash
Posted by Anonymous on
Try the following:
1. Ensure the batteries are indeed, charged. Sometimes even new ones are bad.
2. Ensure battery polarity is observed when loading batteries.
3. Make sure the flash ON/OFF switch is not loose or damaged.
4. With the flash mounted on your camera and the power switch to ON, try resetting the camera to factory default settings. This MIGHT clear any errors and allow the flash to work.
