The printer does not print colors or black. I have full new inks, an i have cleaned it many times, but it does not give any viewable text.
Hi, this is a very common problem when you leave the printer without use for many months . To fix that, you have to take your printer to a custom Technical Service and ask for a simple head cleaning. It'll be a cheap work.
If you want to do it for yourself, get some Isoprophilic Alcohol (also, you can get Deionized Water) and follow the next steps:
1- With a syringe (one for color), remove all the ink of your cartridges.
2- Put that ink on different recipients and save it for later.
3- With a new syringe, put the isoprophilic alcohol in the cartridges.
4- Leave the cartridges all night.
5- Put the cartridges back on the printer and turn it on.
6- "Print" as many pages you can. This'll make the isoprophilic alcohol pass through the printer's head and make it "believe" is printing normally.
7- When you're done, remove the isoprophilic alcohol of the cartridges and put the ink back on the cartridges.
8- Put the cartridges back on the printer and start printing. This prints will be desaturated or blank.
9- Keep doing it until the printer is working correctly.
This is what they're gonna do at the technical service. You choose what to do.
Hope to help you.
