SOURCE: Graphics Card Compatability
Yes, it should work ok.. Your motherboard supports 1 x AGP8X, and since this card is 8x AGP, and includes a power adapter cable, it should be fine. Just make sure you have an adequate power supply (400watt+)...

you will have set your computer to failsafe defaults or optimised defaults first to get your resolutions to there defaults first
During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup
Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS you can load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults ,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart
Click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to display adapters + to expand you might see a yellow question mark ? or exclamation mark ! red x right click select reinstall drivers if your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it or you could download cnetdownload.com on the home page you should see the download software finder under that there will be a list platform, category sub category price from the category drop down list select drivers then from the price drop down list select free or which ever applies to your need http://download.cnet.com/%7Bvalue=http://www.download.com/ati-catalyst-display-driver/3000-2108_4-10608736.html This release for all Radeon family products updates the AMD display driver to the latest version. SOURCE: Windows 7 do not accept
This is Sapphire's link for downloads:
I entered your info and it appears the card #100288L Radeon HD 4650 1GB DDR2 has Windows 7 support. This card requires a 400w or greater power supply and, a 6 pin power hook up. You have to un-install the VGA driver and Catalyst control center before downloading new. You can do so in a "custom" uninstall then, a "custom" install.
You can also try to update your drivers here.

SOURCE: PC wont boot
Check your specs for this one on your Card (should be on the box or in your included documentation), but I believe your card is PCIE v2.1. If this is the case, your card won't work. Your mainboard is an older one, and you can tell by the black PCIE slot that it is only PCIE 1.0. NOTE: PCIE v2.0 cards will work with PCI v1.0 as long as they meet power requirements, etc. (yours should be fine) but there are no updates to fix this on your mainboard. Time to dig out your receipt and look over the return policy. Again, a PCI v2.0 should work OK, just not the v2.1 cards.
Please take a moment to leave feedback if I helped you out today.
