I have zanussi ZWH 6140 P WATER WONT DRAIN ERROR CODE 5 FLASHING RED LED LIGHTS?

First, always check carbon brushes on main motor especially if the appliance is in use for several years.

Five times the red alarm means a problem with the engine washing.
So, could be:

E51 - Motor power triac short-circuited.
Current leakage from motor or from wiring; Main PCB faulty
E52 - No signal from motor tachometric generator.
Wiring faulty; Motor faulty; Main circuit board faulty.
E53 - Motor triac sensing circuit faulty (wrong input voltage to
microprocessor). Main circuit board faulty.
E54 - Motor relay contacts sticking (high voltage level when
the relay switches to OFF).
Current leakage from motor or from wiring; Main PCB faulty;

Rapid reading last alarms:
Press the START/PAUSE button and the nearest option button simultaneously (4 and 6) for at least 2 seconds: the LEDs initially switch off, and then display the flashing sequence indicating the last alarm.

You may have all the symptoms ofa faulty main board. from my memory the main driving motor is 6 phase - normally one hears of single phase or three phase- anyway if a phase is faulty or open circuited it will cause this problem. you in all likely hood have a faulty phase Transistor/ or whatever that is gone open circuit. Try a second hand board. Ps in NZ, old FP washing machines makes good power generators.

Nautilus t714 error code L5. Can you tell me what this error code means? Thank you. Tim

Dear Sir:
I just want to say to L5 means many things.
1)You must check socket wiring from upper board(display) vs lower board(controller motor board)
2)Short circuit in capacitor(EMI) in input circuit or Short circuit in Main Motor Test.
3)Faulty Controller Motor Board-Replace.
4)Realign Sensor Speed Motor and clean or Replace
Since the Controller Motor Board control 90% function in Treadmill , will the most probably cause, after you did Test all Step before mentioned. And strong concluded the Lower Board is Faulty.
sincerely.

Freerider Ascot scooter will not work - battery fully charged - green light is flashing

Possible fault in the drive selector switch/ circuit or the motor. You can check the motor, test using a DC line to confirm. If so the selector drive is faulty. check the continuity and the DC drive feed to the motor. It is possible that the circuit is not working and so the board needs a check/replacement.

I have a DVD in my SD 3990SU - it won't play and the door won't open using the remote or the button on the front of the unit. is there an alternate way to manually open the cd loader.

You will need to open the set and manually move the motor drive to manually shift the drive to release the Cd.
Now check the voltage to the drive and also check the power, the main board drive circuit, the motor .Check the control signals to the motor drive , if absent the processsor control is faulty. If present the drive IC is faulty

My kenmore is showing an f 06 code

F06 is a communication error between the central control circuit board and the motor control circuit board, Check the wire harness that goes to all your connectors on the Motor, MCU, and CCU. I have seen a loose wire connector do this F06 error.

If all checks ok, then its like a faulty CCU, check your owners manual, some are covered under warranty for up to 5 yrs.

Need motor brushes for Penn Line and Tyco HO

If you go to :
www.hoseeker.net
they have old catalogs and part numbers for Penn Line trains. Then try:
www.yardbirdtrains.com
for parts or a replacement motor or they may be able to point you to someone who may have the parts. Good luck.

Motor

This is a drive issue. You will need to have it professionally serviced, as there are many issues which may affect the drive of this unit. FYI, there is no 'motor' in a direct drive turntable. It is driven by various circuits on a circuit board, and if any one of them goes bad, your drive will be affected. The issue could also be a faulty pitch control as well.
