i pushed the power button along with the reset button. then later on i checked my memory, it said " the free data storage space on the device is critically low. delete application or data {APP 8003. once i pusk ok. it starts over by itself and continue to keep doing that when i push ok. another one "extensions are not loaded because free data storage space on the device is low. delete application or data then reset yhe device again {APP 8004}"
